24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. grapes
    2 c. chunky pineapple
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1 c. nut meats
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. whipped cream
    coconut (optional)
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add vinegar and sugar; heat and beat constantly until mixture thickens.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter; let cool.
    Mix in bowl the grapes, chunky pineapple, fruit cocktail, nuts and marshmallows.
    Add cooked, cooled mixture; fold in the whipped cream.
    You can add coconut and raisins if you wish.
