Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 or 16 oz.) can pink salmon or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna in water
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    Crisco to fry in
Preparation
    Drain and reserve
    water, then debone salmon.
    In large bowl combine all
    ingredients
    and
    drop by teaspoonful in hot Crisco. Brown on both
    sides
    and drain well on paper towels. Makes 6 to 8 patties.
