Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lightly beaten eggs
    1 c. light cream
    10 slices bacon, crumbled
    1/4 c. finely minced onion
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until knife comes out clean.
