Carrot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 jars baby food strained carrots (Stage 2 or middle sized jar)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat together sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and carrots. Pour into ungreased 15x10-inch jelly roll pan, or two 9x13-inch pans. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool completely before spreading frosting on top.
