Veggie Pasta Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (26 to 28 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. rotini or penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix spaghetti sauce, pasta, vegetables and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Spoon mixture into 9
x 13 baking dish or 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
