Sausage-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 to 5 potatoes
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook potatoes until tender.
    Crumble and brown sausage.
    Drain.
    In casserole dish, layer potatoes, sausage and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
