Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked, sliced carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 can tomato soup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
-
Drain carrots.
Combine other ingredients to make a sauce. Pour over carrots.
Refrigerate.
Keeps well in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
