Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. milk
3 c. cooked chicken, cooked
8 oz. corkscrew noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. green pepper chunks (optional)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, cheese, milk and salt; mix well.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Add additional mayonnaise just before serving, if desired.
Serve on lettuce.
