Marinated Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pour over corn.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Will keep several days.
