Ingredients

5 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. rice
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Simmer milk and rice over very low heat.
Mix sugar, eggs and salt in blender.
Add to milk and rice.
Simmer a little longer until thickened.
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
