Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks oleo
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. (4 oz.) coconut
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 large jar marshmallow cream
    1 box powdered sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together 2 sticks oleo, 2 cups sugar and flour. Add eggs and vanilla (2 tablespoons) to creamed mixture. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa, coconut and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool, then spread marshmallow cream on top.
