Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked as directed
    1 small jar pasteurized process cheese spread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery.
    Add drained broccoli, cooked rice, soups, cheese and seasonings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
