2/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained very well
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Stir in pineapple, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Add flour and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
