Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    In small bowl, mix flour, baking powder and milk.
    Form dough into ball.
    On lightly floured board, knead until smooth, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
    Make into 8 balls. Fry one at a time for 1 minute.
