Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 ripe tomatoes, skins removed
3 sweet peppers, seeds removed
2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
little allspice and clove
2 large onions, sliced
3 hot peppers, seeds removed
3 c. sugar
3 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook slowly until it cooks down and starts to thicken.
I put in jars and seal them.
