Tarragon Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tomatoes, cut in half
sugar
3/4 c. grated cheese (I like old-fashioned \"rat trap\" best)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon (double if fresh)
Preparation

Arrange tomatoes in shallow baking dish that just holds the halves, nicely snuggled together.
Sprinkle a little sugar over tomato halves.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake uncovered in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
