Spiced Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
Preparation
    In quart microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients, except the large egg and large egg white.
    Microwave, uncovered, on Medium for 3 minutes.
