Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef Rice-a-Roni
    1 egg
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine ground beef (raw), egg and uncooked rice portion of box.
    Form into small meatballs and brown on all sides in frying pan over medium heat.
    When browned evenly, pour 2 3/4 cups water over meatballs and sprinkle beef flavor seasoning packet (from rice box) over all. Cover and cook over low heat until water cooks away, about 20 minutes.
    Turn meatballs occasionally for thorough cooking.
