Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini (unpared), thinly sliced
    1 1/8 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. Parmesan or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; spread mixture in a greased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cut into rectangles about 2 x 1-inch.
    Refrigerate remaining appetizers; reheat when serving remainder.
