Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Fold in sugar and nuts.
Drop on cookie sheet, covered with greased foil.
Preheat oven to 250\u00b0 and cook for 30 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in oven 30 minutes.
