Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) partially baked pie shell
    4 or 6 slices fried bacon (reserve 2 Tbsp. grease)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. half and half milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bacon on bottom of pastry shell; add onion, then add Cheddar cheese.
    Beat eggs; add half and half milk along with flour and dry mustard.
    Add a dash of cayenne pepper.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
