Cheesy Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 c. crushed potato chips
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chips and margarine, in a large mixing bowl.
Transfer mixture to a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle crushed chips evenly over mixture.
Drizzle margarine over chips.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
