Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 12-14 ounce bag hash browns - defrosted
1 small carton sour cream
1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup - undiluted
1/4 cup minced onions
1/4 cup melted margarine
salt to taste
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/3 cup melted margarine
Preparation

Mix first 5 items in order given.
Put in greased pan.
Mix corn flakes and 1/3 cup margarine; put over potatoes.
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
