Miniature Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 slice day old bread, torn into small pieces
    2/3 c. instant dry milk powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1 large can sweet-sour sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    With wet hands, shape the mixture into 40 small meatballs, using about a teaspoon for each.
    Place in two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    All this may be done ahead of time.
    About 30 minutes before serving, brown the meat balls in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Remove all excess grease.
