Harvest Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. diced pimiento
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water and vinegar.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in vegetables and pour into 4-cup mold.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Unmold. Garnish with salad greens.
    Yields 8 servings.
