Frozen Orange Mist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
    2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves. Gradually add to nonfat dry milk, stirring constantly.
    Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish.
    Freeze until firm.
