Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 lb. chopped fine ripe tomatoes
3 or 4 large onions, chopped fine
1 or 2 large green peppers, chopped fine (optional)
2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar (add 1 extra c. if it tastes sour)
3 tsp. ground mixed spices
4 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Mix altogether and cook until quite thick, stirring occasionally.
Pour in hot jars and seal.
