Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    6 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1 stick butter
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until stiff.
    Roll mixture into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Good to freeze unbaked.
