Gyoza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 to 1 stalk green onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped
    1/4 lb. shrimp, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
    1 egg
    1 pkg. won ton wrappers
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    together;
    place 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture
    in
    each
    square
    of won ton.
    Dampen 2 opposite corners of\tthe
    won
    ton with a little water; fold to form a triangle. Fold
    the
    2
    narrow ends together;
    press tightly. Fry in hot oil until light brown.\tDrain and serve hot.
