Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box au gratin potato mix
3 c. milk
2 c. mixed frozen vegetables
2 (5 oz.) cans chunk chicken
Preparation

Combine potatoes with 4 cups water; bring to boiling.
Cook, covered, about 15 minutes, until nearly tender.
Drain.
Stir sauce mix from potato mix, milk, vegetables and chicken together. Stir into potatoes.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat and cook 5 to 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
