Wrapped Herb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
    6 Tbsp. chives, tarragon or chervil (any fresh herb), chopped
    3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    6 tsp. onion powder or to taste
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken on a large sheet of foil. Top each piece with 1 tablespoon herbs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon parsley.
    Fold foil tightly around the chicken with double folds on each edge.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 3 to 6 people.
