Grandma Helen'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 peppers
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg
3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
1 lb. chopped sirloin
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato soup
Preparation

To soup, add 1 can water and sugar to taste.
Stir until smooth.
Bring to boil.
Core out seeds of peppers; wash and set aside.
Parboil rice for 10 minutes.
Rinse and strain.
Add to meat, onion, garlic, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stuff into peppers.
Place peppers into tomato soup and when it starts to boil again, lower heat and let slowly boil for 1 hour.
