Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1/8 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. rice
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, onion, green pepper, spices, rice and ketchup in bowl.
    Make into balls.
    Brown in skillet.
    Pour off grease. Add tomato soup mixed well with 1/2 can water.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve.
