Pecan Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. nuts
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy; slowly add sugar and baking powder.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in nuts, graham crackers and vanilla.
Pour into well-buttered pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
