Yankee Doodle Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. minced onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. boiled macaroni
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms until onion is yellow in
    3 tablespoons of fat.
    Add ground beef and cook until brown.
    Add and cook slowly the tomatoes, minced parsley, salt and pepper for about 45 minutes.
    Pour over hot, drained, boiled macaroni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
