Rice A La Curacao - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. rice
    1 1/2 lb. small shrimp
    1 rack spareribs, cut across and ribs separated
    2 lb. chicken wings (split parts)
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks scallions
    1 1/2 c. duck sauce
    1 1/4 c. soy sauce
    about 10 to 12 Chinese pea pods
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil chicken wings with dash of salt, onion powder and garlic powder for about 10 minutes.
    Drain water.
    Pour over chicken 3/4 cup of duck sauce and 1/2 cup of soy sauce.
    Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder and a dash of onion powder over chicken; mix thoroughly.
