Tira Mi Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, cut into pieces (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. heavy cream, chilled
    1 1/4 c. freshly made strong coffee or espresso
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. ladyfingers
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1/4 c. cocoa powder
Preparation
    Using a food processor, beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth and fluffy.
    Blend in vanilla and brandy.
    Transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
    Whip heavy cream until stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 1 hour.
    Pour coffee into a large shallow dish. Dip ladyfingers in coffee, coating all sides.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch serving dish.
    Pour in cheese and cream mixture and smooth the top.
    Put cocoa in a small sieve and dust the top evenly.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
