Gosh Awful Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 box regular yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 bar shaved German chocolate
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. nuts
