Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
oil
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, onion and seasoning; simmer 10 minutes.
Fry tortillas in hot oil until softened; drain.
