Hearty Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    10 oz. fresh spinach, washed
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. tarragon or cider vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 minced green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
    Brown sesame seed in hot bacon fat; remove from skillet, drain and cool.
    Add Parmesan cheese to seed and mix well.
    Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine remaining ingredients (except eggs) for dressing, mixing well.
