Parmesan Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    a bunch of potatoes (maybe 5 pounds)
    some chopped green onion
    some chopped celery
    package of grated parmesan cheese (in refrigerator section)
    a few gobs of mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes (skins on). While potatoes are still warm (this is important, pay attention) skin and cube 1/3 of potatoes into large bowl. Sprinkle 1/3 of the parmesan cheese on potatoes. Keep layering until potatoes and parmesan cheese are gone. Blob mayonnaise, onion and celery on top, mix and cool.
