Ruby Red Frost Beverage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
    1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    ice
    2 qt. chilled ginger ale
    1 pt. raspberry sherbet
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Combine cranberry juice cocktail, lemon juice and sugar, blending well.
    Chill.
    To serve, pour over ice in a punch bowl. Add ginger ale and sherbet.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
    Serve at once.
    Yields 24 servings.
