Hamburger Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese (light)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and garlic.
    Drain well.
    Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano and sugar.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir until cheeses melt.
    Serve warm with chips or crackers.
    Makes 3 cups and freezes well.
