Antipasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotini macaroni
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can large black olives
    1/4 lb. hard salami (in one piece, not sliced)
    1 small bottle Italian dressing
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Chop red pepper.
    Slice onion.
    Cut olives into small pieces. Cut salami into small cubes and put into a large bowl.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain and add to above ingredients.
    Put half of the dressing onto ingredients and toss well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Before serving, add remainder of dressing and grated cheese mixing well.
