Pecan Date Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dates
    2 1/2 c. distilled water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
    1/2 c. distilled water
    1 Tbsp. raw honey
    2 c. oats
    2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook dates in 2 1/2 cups distilled water for 1 hour.
    Then set to one side to cool.
    Now place nutritional yeast into 1/2 cup distilled water along with honey.
    Make sure honey is dissolved. Let rise for 15 minutes.
    In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flours and salt.
    Stir in dates, yeast and honey.
    Mix with electric mixer.
    Stir in pecans.
    Spoon into sprayed Pam muffin pan nearly full.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
