Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 medium potatoes, cooked, diced and drained (6 c.)
1/2 c. Italian dressing
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1/3 c. onion, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise*
1/2 c. sour cream*
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. pared, diced cucumber, or sweet relish
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

*Use low-fat or nonfat if desired.
