Beef With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. beef, cut in small thin slices
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. soup stock (beef bouillon)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. green pepper, sliced lengthwise
    1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped fine
Preparation
    Heat pan, add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and 1 clove garlic, crushed.
    When garlic browns, remove.
    Add beef, fry a few minutes.
    Do not agitate very much.
    Season with salt and pepper. Add one cup soup stock and continue to cook for a few seconds.
