Fiesta Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans (undrained)
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    picante sauce
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Combine ground beef, beans, water and seasoning mix.
    Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Set aside.
