Cheese Sauce For Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    4 oz. sharp processed American cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    5 or 6 medium baking potatoes
Preparation
    Have first four ingredients at room temperature.
    Whip together butter or margarine and cheese with electric beater until light and fluffy.
    Stir in sour cream and onion.
    Spoon on baked potatoes and sprinkle with additional sliced green onion.
