Vegetable Beef Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth (not condensed)
    1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. quick cooking barley
Preparation
    In large saucepan, brown ground beef; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables and barley are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 (1 1/2-cup) servings.
